At Elysian Hairline, we are committed to delivering your luxury hair extensions quickly and securely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-order volume periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Elysian Hairline is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Elysian Hairline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
