At Elysian Hairline, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only accept exchanges if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The security seal or zip tie has not been broken

  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery

If the hair has been:

  • Worn

  • Installed

  • Combed, brushed, cut, colored, or altered in any way

It will NOT qualify for an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges must be returned within 5 business days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by Elysian Hairline.
